Classes

I have been really impressed by my son’s experience at The Meapa.  Well thought out classes with lots of fun, varied activities. Fantastic staff and coaches who get to know the children and guide them to do their best. A great place for children to burn off some energy and learn some new skills.

My daughter joined the Meapa two years ago, and since has gone from strength to strength.  The coaches have helped her to not only expand her skill set and achieve her goals but have given her the support she needs to become more self confident and believe in herself.  I have seen first hand how regardless of age or ability the Meapa nurture young children bringing out the best in them.

My Granddaughter has been attending the Parent and Toddler Class for a month now.  We are so impressed with the class and all the staff at Meapa.  The toddlers follow the warm up and cool down instructions which are made fun for them and then follow each on a circuit of apparatus which is changed every week. My Granddaughter loves it and her Nursery have commented on how confident she has become since attending.

Both my daughters train at The Meapa and both love it! My eldest was chosen to join a development group and has progressed very quickly. The Meapa staff are friendly and my daughters feel happy and safe whilst training. I highly recommend The Meapa to anyone considering gymnastics.

My 8 year old daughter Meiya is absolutely thriving at Meapa, she looks forward to training every week. It’s a really fun and positive vibe and as I have every confidence that she is being shown gymnastics correctly and safely. We hope to be there for many years to come. I highly recommend this gym.

Both my daughters are members of Meapa and thoroughly enjoy their gymnastics. They have both been at the preschool sessions and moved up to the general gymnastics sessions now. The classes are well structured and varied to keep the kids interested. The coaches are so hardworking and really good with the children. This year we took part in the Club Festival where all athletes regardless of ability got to show off their skills and dances to friends and family and the whole thing was so well organised and thought out! Such a lovely friendly and professional club for my daughters to be a part of.

My daughter Chelsea Ervin has attended Meapa for nearly 5 years. Chelsea has worked her way up and has gained lots of confidence. Meapa has supported Chelsea in every way that is needed. the coaches have helped Chelsea to reach her goals. Chelsea always enjoining coming to train and has gone from strength to strength.

Meapa Gym provides an excellent service to Ifield School and has done so for many years. Ifield is a Special Needs School providing for pupils with sever, profound and complex needs.

Both my son and daughter have been attending the Meapa for a year. They have grown in confidence in what they are able to do and always exited to attend.

It was Worthing Gymnastic Club first time at the competition over the weekend and it was very good so well run. Staff very friendly and helpful

Very impressive dedicated facility, excellent range of equipment.

Kids have had a brilliant time at Summer Camp once again. Already asking to come again next year. The coaches work endlessly to see that everyone is included and has fun whilst also looking out for safety and well being of the children.

My son is from another local club but we went yesterday for a competition. It’s not a huge club but it was very well organised. Lovely facilities and the friends of meapa all did a great job providing refreshments and a BBQ for the spectators. Thank you!

We went here as a group of 7 kids and 6 adults today (Tuesday 9:30 -11:30 under 8s) The kids ages ranged from 1yr to 6 yrs and they all had a great time. There was loads for them to do they were all occupied for the full 2 hrs well worth the price. My daughter who is aged 5 also has lessons in the evening and the staff are always lovely and excellent with the kids. Definitely would recommend them.

My daughter attended a comptetion hosted by The Meapa Gymnastics  Club today. It was really well organised.It made the whole experience so much more relaxed. A really nice fell good atmosphere. The display at the end was absolutely amazing adn a really lovely way to finish.
